Xiaomi with it’s Mi Mix smartphone changed the way we look at bezel-less smartphones and it also lead to many Chinese manufacturer adopting the same design. Now the company is all set to launch it’s next version on 11th September. Exactly a day before the rumored iPhone launch.
This was officially posted by Xiaomi on Weibo. The front camera is placed at the bottom chin and speaker grill and usb type c port can be found below. According to leaks the device will on Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and the Adreno 540 GPU. It is also expected to run Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box with MIUI 9 running on top.
It will have a 6.4 inch Quad HD display and will come with a 19 megapixel rear camera. While the selfie shooter will be of 13 megapixels. According to a post on Weibo the device will also come with 3D facial recognition system to unlock the device. Apple is also reportedly testing facial recognition for the iPhone 8 but we are not sure if this will be the right move as it is not that convenient.
