OnePlus has finally launched their much “leaked” flagship killer called the OnePlus 5T. The smartphone is priced at $499 dollars and ₹32,999 for the 64GB variant and ₹37,999 for the 128GB variant. It will be Amazon exclusive in India.
The smartphone comes with a Face Unlock feature which lets you unlock your device within 0.4 seconds. Just double tap your display and it will use your eyes and nose to unlock the device. OnePlus 5T will sport a 6-inch Full HD+ AMOLED 18:9 aspect ratio display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top.
It will be powered by a 2.4GHz Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 540 GPU. It will come in 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage and 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage configurations. It will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box with Android Oreo update coming soon. It has the same camera configurations with 20 megapixels + 16-megapixel camera at the back but this time there is a new 20-megapixel sensor with a f/1.7 aperture to gather more light.
It comes with the same 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.The dual-SIM smartphone houses a 3,300mAh battery and dash charge support. The fingerprint scanner is placed at the back and it supports Bluetooth 5.0 and uses USB type-C for charging and data syncing. Early access sale in India will be held on 21st November at 4:30 PM IST.
