Chinese smartphone maker, Meizu is one of the few smartphone makers who has not launched any 18:9 aspect ratio display smartphone till now. But the company is now all set to launch it’s first 18:9 display smartphone on 4th January which is rumored to Meizu M6S.
Meizu teased the launch via its official Twitter handle and they also changed their name to Meizu M- Series, confirming a new M series device. The smartphone has also received it’s TENNA certification, leaking its specifications. But we can’t confirm these specifications as there were three smartphones certified, so take this with a pinch of salt.
It will sport a 5.7-inch 18:9 screen with Full HD+ resolution. The smartphone will be powered by MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6793) processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage expandable via microSD card up to 256GB. It will run on Android 7.1 Nougat with its FlymeOS on top.
It will sport a 13 megapixel rear facing the camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. Meizu might also launch the device in India.
