Alongside the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus, Samsung might also launch the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 later this month. Samsung is holding its event on 25th February, just before MWC 2018 in Barcelona. Samsung launched the Tab S3 last year at MWC 2017 and now is all set for its next generation.
Samsung’s flagship tablet has now been spotted on the GFXBench with model number SM-T835. The Tab S3 also came with the same model number, confirming that the device is indeed the Tab S4. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 sports a 10.5-inch Quad HD+ super AMOLED display with tempered glass protection on top.
The flagship tablet will be powered by the last year’s flagship processor called the Snapdragon 835 coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The Android tablet comes with a dedicated MicroSD card slot and runs on Android Oreo 8.0 out of the box with Samsung’s own UI on top.
The tablet comes with some decent optics with a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera. It sports a 7-megapixel front-facing camera for video calling and selfies. Both the cameras are capable of recording 1080P Full HD video. Tab S4 also comes with a single SIM slot which will support 4G LTE, 4G VoLTE, 3G, and 2G.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 was launched in India at ₹47,990. We can expect Samsung to price the Galaxy Tab S4 similarly. Let’s see what all Samsung launches at its event later this week. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for latest tech news, deals, reviews and much more.
