One of the leading telecom operators of India, Bharti Airtel has launched a new ₹558 plan. This new plan is for prepaid subscribers and comes with a validity of 82 days. Just like every other Airtel plan these days, this one is offered to compete with Jio’s ₹498 recharge.
The new ₹558 plan is currently available for Delhi NCR region only but we can expect Airtel to offer it in other areas soon. The new Airtel plan comes with 100 SMS per day and unlimited voice calls for a validity of 82 days.
In total it offers 246GB data with a validity of 82 days (3GB/day). In contrast the Jio plan offers 182GB data with a validity of 91 days (2GB/day). Just like the Airtel one, Jio plan also includes 100 SMS per day and unlimited voice calls.
As reported by TelecomTalk, the pack can be bought via Airtel’s website or My Airtel app for Delhi-NCR prepaid users. These regular plan wars between telecom operators are surely helping people in India as we are getting much better value for money.
Also according to the report, Airtel is planning to launch a new plan to take on the BSNL’s recently launched ₹98 plan. It is offering 39GB data for a validity of 26 days with no calling or SMS benefits. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for latest tech news, deals, reviews and much more.
