iPhone Users Can Now Download Account Data From WhatsApp
After being available for WhatsApp Beta Android, Request Account Info feature is now available for WhatsApp for iPhone. The new feature allows you to download the data that WhatsApp has collected from you like account information and settings. It doesn’t include any personal messages.
As WhatsApp has been using end-to-encryption for a long time, you personal chats are not accessible even to WhatsApp. To download your data first make sure you have the latest version of WhatsApp for iPhone (2.18.60). If you don’t have it download it from the Apple App store.

As reported by WABetaInfo, this is the main new feature in the latest version of WhatsApp for iPhone. The other changes include, WhatsApp will inform you when it’s not possible to add a business account to a group. There are improvements to payments feature too (India only).
