After launching three new mid-range smartphones namely LG Q7, LG Q7 Alpha and LG Q7+, the Korean company is all set to launch two new budget range smartphones. LG will launch the LG X2 2018 and LG X5 2018 next month in South Korea. Though we don’t have any leaked images, we know the specifications.
According to a report, LG X2 2018 will be powered by the Snapdragon 425 processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB. It will sport a 5-inch HD 16:9 aspect ratio display and will house a 2,410mAh battery. The entry-level smartphone will come with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies and video calling.
Coming to the elder brother, LG X5 2018 will be powered by the MediaTek MT6750 octa-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It has the same 13-megapixel camera at the back but an unusual 3-megapixel front-facing camera.
The smartphone sports a 5.5-inch HD 16:9 aspect ratio display and houses a 4,500mAh battery. Both the smartphone comes with the popular face unlock feature and a fingerprint scanner. LG X2 2018 will be priced at KRW 200,000 around ₹12,500 and LG X5 2018 at KRW 300,000 around ₹19,000.
LG X5 2018 will also come with the support for LG Pay in Korea. We don’t think LG will launch these smartphones outside Korea. The phones will go on sale in June 2018. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for latest tech news, reviews, deals and more.
