After creating much hype Lenovo has finally launched its latest flagship smartphone called the Lenovo Z5. While the company created a lot of hype with its promotional images, Lenovo Z5 does comes with a display notch. The smartphone is priced at starting price of CNY 1,299 around ₹13,600 and Lenovo should launch it in India soon.
Lenovo Z5 is powered by a Snapdragon 636 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage variants. There is no 4TB storage in any form. It comes with a 6.2-inch full HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio display with a display notch at top.
The fingerprint scanner is placed at the back near the vertical dual camera setup. The dual camera setup consists of a 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 8-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.0 aperture. The camera is capable of 4K video recording and comes with popular bokeh/portrait mode pictures.
The front-facing camera is of 8-megapixel for video calling and taking selfies. Lenovo Z5 houses a 3,300mAh battery and supports fast charging with a 18W charging input. It is just like any other 2018 smartphone with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass to the front and back.
The smartphone will be available in Blue, Black, and Aurora color variants. While the specifications and design are nothing near to the hype creates, at a price of below ₹15,000 the smartphone will give and get tough competition from Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, Oppo Realme 1 and the Asus Zenfone Pro M1.
