LG is all set to launch the successor to its LG V30 smartphone. The smartphone is tentatively known as the LG V40 and will come with 5 cameras. The LG V40 will also come with the popular Face Unlock feature along with a display notch at top like on LG G7 ThinQ.

According to a recent report, Samsung Galaxy S10 is expected to come with a triple rear camera setup and can expect the same on the LG V40. There will be two-front facing cameras out of which at least one will be used for Facial recognition.
The triple camera setup will have a standard wide angle lens along with a LG’s ultra wide lens. The third camera’s purpose and specification is not yet clear. It could be to collect depth information or it can be a Zoom Lens. In all it will have camera’s.
LG’s V series has always been good with Videos and with a triple rear camera setup we can expect something great from LG. It will come with a display notch like on the LG G7 ThinQ and there will be an option to turn off the notch. Overall the smartphone will look just like the LG G7 ThinQ.
As a flagship smartphone, LG V40 will be powered by the Snapdragon 845 processor and will have a rear placed circular fingerprint scanner. So overall LG V40 will be like a new version of the LG G7 ThinQ with better cameras and Face Unlock. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for latest tech news, deals, reviews and more.
