After launching OPPO Find X with industry first motorized top panel, Chinese manufacturer Oppo is all set to launch a new mid-range called Oppo A5. The specifications and images of an Oppo smartphone has been leaked online which is believed to be the Oppo A5.
As reported by the popular tipster SlashLeaks, Oppo A5 looks a lot like the recently launched Realme 1 smartphone in India. The leaked images shows the blue color variant with a horizontal dual camera setup, no fingerprint scanner and a Realme 1 like polygon back.
The smartphone will again rely on the front-facing camera for the face unlock, which is the only login option as there is no fingerprint scanner. Oppo A5 is powered by the Snapdragon 450 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
It sports a 6.2-inch HD+ 18:9 aspect ratio display with a display notch at top. The display notch houses the earpiece and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. It uses micro-USB port to charge the 4230mAh battery and data syncing. The smartphone will run on Android Oreo 8.1 out of the box with Oppo’s own UI on top.
Oppo A5 comes with a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel depth collecting secondary sensor. The smartphone also keeps the 3.mm headphone jack and will be available in at least Blue and Pink color variants. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for latest tech news, deals, reviews and more.
