After many leaks, rumors and teasers, Xiaomi has finally launched its Mi Pad 4 tablet along with the Redmi 6 Pro smartphone. Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 is priced at CNY 1,099 around ₹11,500 for the 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage and CNY 1,399 around ₹14,600 for the 4GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. Both of these are WiFi only models.
The WiFi + LTE model comes at CNY CNY 1,499 around ₹15,600 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The tablet will be available in Gold and Black color variants and will be available starting 29th June 2018. Reservations for the same are now open.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Specifications
Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 is powered by a 2.2Ghz Snapdragon 660 processor coupled with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage. The tablet does not support expandable storage and houses a 6,000mAh Battery. It sports a 8-inch full-HD 16:10 aspect ratio display.
There is no fingerprint scanner on the tablet and uses its 5-megapixel front facing camera for its AI Face Unlock feature. It comes with an f/2.0 aperture, same as its 13-megapixel rear facing camera which also supports HDR. The tablet runs on MIUI 9 out of the box with MIUI 10 coming soon.
The Mi Pad 4 comes with 4G LTE in the LTE model along with a digital compass. All the models come with dual band WiFI, Bluetooth 5.0, 3.mm headphone jack, GPS and a USB Type-C for charging and data syncing.
