After launching the Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A Chinese smartphone maker, Xiaomi is all set to launch the top-end variant of the series called the Redmi 6 Pro. Along with this, Xiaomi will also launch the much awaited Mi Pad 4 tablet in China on 25th June 2018.
Xiaomi posted a teaser on Chinese social media, Weibo. The teaser confirms that the Redmi 6 Pro will launch on 25th June 2018. Along with this the poster also mentions 19 and 9 which means it will have a 19:9 aspect ratio display with a display notch as per the leaks.
In another Weibo post, Xiaomi teased the Mi Pad 4 launch. While we don’t know much about the Mi Pad 4, it is expected to run on Snapdragon 660 processor coupled with 6,000mAh battery. It will be interesting to see if Xiaomi has made some UI changes to MIUI 10 for the tablet.
Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro will sport a 5.84-inch full-HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio display with a small display notch at the top. Even with the notch, there is bezel all around the display. There is a vertical dual camera setup at the back with an LED flash in the middle.
The circular fingerprint scanner is placed at the back and the popular face unlock feature in expected. It will be powered by a 2Ghz unnamed octa-core processor. We can expect to be powered by a Snapdragon 600 series processor coupled with 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM and 16GB/32GB/64GB of internal storage.
