Samsung Android Go Smartphone Leaked – Won’t Run on Stock Android

Samsung is all set to launch its first Android Go smartphone called Samsung Galaxy J2 Core. Samsung has been testing the Android Oreo Go Edition smartphone in many markets and is ready for the launch. While we have many leaks about the smartphone, the latest one reveals that it will not run on stock Android.

As reported by SamMobile, Samsung Android Go Smartphone, J2 core will come with Samsung Experience UI on top, same as the one found on its flagship Galaxy S9 smartphone. Till now all the Android Go smartphone are running on stock android as the overall theme behind the program is to make low-end smartphones fast.

Samsung’s UI has not been the best event flagship smartphone like Galaxy S9, so we are not sure how well it will run on the Galaxy J2 Core. It comes with all the Android Go apps along with the old Smart Manager app for data management. Overall the smartphone won’t be different from a regular Smartphone.

You can already download Android Go apps on any android smartphone. The smartphone is expected to be powered by the Exynos 7570 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Samsung Galaxy J2 core sports a 5-inch AMOLED display and will come with on-screen navigation keys.

There is an 8-megapixel sensor at the back and a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. The smartphone houses a 2,600mAh battery and is expected to be launched in emerging markets. We expect a launch in India soon too. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for latest tech news, deals, reviews and more.
