After many leaks and rumors, Xiaomi has finally launched its next phablet called the Xiaomi Mi Max 3. The smartphone is priced at CNY 1,699 around ₹17,300 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage variant and CNY 1,999 around ₹20,400 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage variant. Mi Max 3 is now up for pre-orders and will go on sale in China starting 20th July 2018.
It comes in Dark Blue, Dream Gold, and Meteorite Black colour variants. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is powered by a 1.8Ghz Snapdragon 636 processor coupled with the Adreno 509 GPU. It comes with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage expandable via microSD up to 256GB.
The Mi Max 3 comes with a vertical dual rear camera setup with a 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with a f/1.9 aperture on both. It comes with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and a LED soft light. The cameras on the Mi Max 3 comes with all the latest AI features like Face Unlock, Portrait mode and more.
The smartphone runs on Android Oreo out of the box with MIUI custom skin on top. It sports a 6.9-inch full HD+ 18:9 aspect ratio display with thin bezels all around. There is a circular fingerprint scanner at the back and the smartphone houses a massive 5,500mAh battery.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 comes with 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5 headphone jack and uses USB Type C for charging and data syncing.
