After 3 months of global launch, LG has finally launched its latest flagship smartphone in India called the LG G7+ ThinQ. While globally LG also launched the regular LG G7 ThinQ, in India they have only launched the G7 + ThinQ. The 2018 LG flagship is priced at a competitive price of 39,990. The smartphone will go on sale in India on 10 August exclusively via Flipkart. Flipkart is also holding its Big Freedom Sale from 10th August 2018, so we can expect some great launch offers.
LG G7 + ThinQ is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128Gb of internal storage. The storage is expandable up to 2TB via microSD. The smartphone sports a 6.1-inch Quad HD+ Full Vision 19:5: 9 aspect ratio display with thin bezels. The LG smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with LG’s own UI on top.
The G7+ Thinq will get the Android P update soon. It sports a dual-rear camera setup with a 16-megapixel primary sensor with a f/1.9 aperture and a 16-megapixel secondary sensor with f/1.7 aperture. The primary sensor is a 107-degree wide angle lens and the second one is a 71-degree lens. It also comes with an 8-megapixel wide-angle selfie shooter with f/1.9 aperture.
The camera on LG G7 comes with AI modes with popular features like the Bokeh effect, Live Photo and more. The front-facing camera also houses the facial recognition system for Face Unlock and there is a rear placed fingerprint scanner too. The dual-SIM LG smartphone houses a 3,000mAh battery and uses USB Type-C for fast charging and data syncing.
It comes with WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, FM radio and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The smartphone will give and get a tough competition from the smartphones like OnePlus 6, Vivo Nex and the Asus ZenFone 5Z. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for latest tech news, deals, reviews and more.
