HMD Global owned Nokia launched its budget Nokia 5.1 Plus smartphone in India in August 2018. The company didn’t reveal the price of the Nokia 5.1 Plus in Inda. Nokia after a month of launch, Nokia is all set to reveal the price on 24th September 2018.
As revealed earlier, Nokia has partnered exclusively with Flipkart to sell all of its smartphones in India and Nokia 5.1 Plus is no exception. Flipkart has started teasing the smartphone with the Nokia 5.1 Plus India price reveal set for 24th September.
Nokia 5.1 Plus is priced at a global average price of EUR 199 around Rs. 16,700. With Euro to Rupee conversion and all taxes, we expect Nokia 5.1 Plus to be priced in India at around Rs. 18,999.
Nokia 5.1 Plus Specifications
Nokia 5.1 Plus is powered by the MediaTek Helio P60 processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It comes with expandable storage via microSD up to 400GB. The smartphone sports a 5.86-inch full HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio display with a large notch at the top.
The display is protected by the 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and is part of the Google’s Android One program which means faster Android updates. The Nokia 5.1 Plus comes with a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary monochrome sensor. It comes with f/2.0 aperture and 1-micron pixels.
The front-facing camera is of 8-megapixel and comes with the f/2.2 aperture and 1-micron pixels. It is an 80.4-degree wide angle lens to add more people to your selfies. The Nokia smartphone comes with AI camera features for better photography, better portraits shots, low light performance etc.
