Tencent games is finally bringing the new Sanhok map on the PUBG Mobile. While the developers have been teasing the new update for a while, now we have the release date of the PUBG Mobile 0.80 version. The new update will be starting rolling out on 12th September with servers going down on 11th September.
PUBG announced this via PUBG Mobile’s official twitter handle saying “PUBG MOBILE will be taken offline for maintenance from 00:00 – 08:00 (UTC) on Sep 11th. Server may be back online sooner or later depending on maintenance progress. As expected, the new version with Sanhok map will be released starting Sep 12th.”
PUBG mobile players have been waiting for the Sanhok map for while as it is a small and fast-paced map. It will help player play games quickly and enjoy all the action. The also brings many new things like the QBZ rifle, new muscle cars and more.
PUBG also recently announced a partnership with OPPO to bring the PUBG Mobile Campus Championship 2018 in India. The registration for the first PUBG Mobile India tournament has started and will close on 21st September (Team of 3-4 players). Then users will have to check in between 22nd September and 23rd September. First 10,000 teams to check in will get a chance to play the qualifier. The online qualifiers will go on from 26th September to 5th October 2018.
