Realme 2 Pro Teaser Via A Video – Waterdrop Notch, Dual Rear Camera

Share

Realme launched its Realme 2 smartphone in India last month and is now all set to launch the Realme 2 Pro India. Realme 2 Pro is technically the actual successor to the popular Realme 1 as the Realme 2 was launched with inferior specifications. The ex Oppo sub-brand, Realme will launch the Realme 2 Pro in India on 27th September 2018.

The company has released a teaser video ahead of the launch revealing the design of the smartphone. Realme 2 Pro will sport a waterdrop style display notch that we have seen on many Oppo smartphones. Waterdrop notch helps in increasing the screen to body ratio as it is just a small notch. The overall bezels are also thinner on the Realme 2 Pro.

There is a vertical-dual rear camera setup at the back and it comes with a curved glass back. We hope Realme will also launch its popular diamond cut back design found on the Realme 1 and the Realme 2. There is a circular fingerprint scanner at the back along with the Realme branding at the bottom.

The company has also teased a matte black variant of the Realme 2 Pro and the smartphone will come with a 3.5mm headphone jack along with a micro-USB port for charging and data syncing. We expect Realme 2 Pro to be powered by the Snapdragon 636 (if under Rs. 15,000) or Snapdragon 660 (if under Rs. 20,000) processor coupled with 4GB/6GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage.

Other than this it will come with all the usual Oppo/Realme stuff like AI Face Unlock, AI Beauty mode and different filters in the camera app. The smartphone looks promising and we hope Realme will price the smartphone right. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for latest tech news, deals, reviews and more.
