Moto G7 Renders Leaked Online – Waterdrop Display, Specifications

Share

The next generation of Moto’s most popular series of smartphones, the Moto G series has been leaked online. Moto G7 has been surfaced online via some CAD renders in the form of a video. Currently Motorola sells Moto G6, Moto G6 Plus and Moto G6 Play under its Moto G series of smartphones.

According to some reports, there will be four models next year in the Moto G series including Moto G7, Moto G7 Plus, Moto G7 Play and Moto G7 Power. OnLeaks has partnered with MySmartPrice to release a rendered video of the Moto G7.  The upcoming Moto G smartphone will now come with a waterdrop display notch first found on the essential phone.

Sadly, there are a lot of bezels all around even after the waterdrop display. So Moto G7 will have a better screen-to-body ratio than the Moto G6 but not better than the competition. The bottom chin still carries the Motorola branding and the fingerprint scanner at the back is embedded in the Motorola Logo.

The Moto G7 will have a dual-rear camera setup with a 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. The camera module comes with a camera bump with the iconic Motorola’s face camera module. According to the renders, Moto G7 will come with a 3.5mm headphone jack and will use USB Type-C port for charging and data syncing.

Moto G7 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 660 processor coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It will sport a 6.4-inch full HD+ display and will house a 3,500mAh battery. The front-facing camera is rumoured to be of 12-megapixel and will come with the popular face unlock feature.

We hope unlike the Moto G6 series, Motorola will price the Moto G7 series low especially in countries like India where there is a lot of competition. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for latest tech news, deals, reviews and more.
