Nokia has launched a new entry-level smartphone in India called the Nokia 3.1 Plus. After Nokia 6.1 Plus and Nokia 5.1 Plus, HMD Global has launched the Nokia 3.1 Plus. The smartphone is priced at Rs. 11,499 for the 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage variant.
The Nokia 3.1 Plus will go on sale in India starting 19th October via offline stores across India and Nokia online store. The smartphone will be available in Blue, White, and Baltic colour variants. Nokia has not yet revealed the pricing and availability of 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage variant.
Nokia 3.1 Plus Specifications
Nokia 3.1 Plus is powered by the MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor coupled with 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB of internal storage. The internal storage is expandable via microSD up to 400GB. The smartphone sports a 6-inch HD+ IPS 18:9 aspect ratio display with 2.5D glass protection on top.
The dual-SIM smartphone runs on Android Oreo 8.1 and as it is part of the Android One programme, Android Pie update will come soon. Nokia 3.1 Plus sports a dual-rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
The Nokia smartphone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. The Nokia 3.1 Plus comes with 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
