Razer has launched its 2nd generation gaming smartphone called the Razer Phone 2. Now Xiaomi is all set to launch its 2nd generation gaming smartphone called the Back Shark 2. The Xiaomi BlackShark 2 has now been leaked in a hands-on video online.
There is also a vertical dual-camera setup at the back along with a LED flash at the top. Black Shark has also published a landing page saying “Sharks Approaching”, “Unleashing Soon”. So we can expect Xiaomi to launch the Black Shark 2 by the end of this month.
The “Sharks” here also means there might be more than one device by the Xiaomi sub-brand. We also expect Black Shark 2 to be available globally as the original black shark smartphone was available in China only that too in limited quantity.
Black Shark 2 is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with Adreno 630 GPU and 8GB of RAM. The landing page teaser images show that the Black Shark 2 will use a Type-C port for charging and data syncing.
It will be interesting to see if Black Shark 2 will join the other smartphones in the notch game or not. Razer has stayed with the huge bezels on the Razer Phone 2, resulting in some awesome sounding dual-front firing speakers. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for latest tech news, deals, reviews and more.
